Trojan Construction is registered in Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as Category C5 Construction Company. Its main focus is on taking on government and private residential, commercial buildings and infrastructure construction projects in Pakistan. It is on a mission of delivering High Quality Projects, cost-effectively and efficiently. It was the brainchild of a group of experienced Civil and Electromechanical Engineers working in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for more than a decade and feeling the need of a construction company in the home country covering all fields of construction from civil to electromechanical works . That brainchild has grown to become a company which provides complete end-to-end building and infrastructure development solutions. As a group of experienced Engineers, Trojan has evolved into taking on design and build projects, delivering meticulously designed and efficiently executed projects from idea until completion to its valuable clients. Trojan has set its eyes on becoming the first choice of every client in the development sector of Pakistan in the near future.
As discussed in the beginning that Trojan is the brainchild of a group of experienced and professional Civil and Electromechanical Engineers who have brought with them a vast expertise and wisdom from their careers as employees in some of the well-known organizations of UAE. Trojan Construction is keeping the same standard of its work as carried out in the gulf countries.
Trojan has a well-planned and efficient organization which is evident from our organization chart. Our organization has all the attributes of a modern company structure that fulfills organizational goals as well as personal satisfaction of employees. It is designed on scientific basis to increase efficiency but has all the important soft attributes of a humanitarian organization.
Trojan has founded itself on strong and meticulously chalked out policies which are the guiding principles of all our operations. Some of our main policies include quality policy, Environment Policy, Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Integrated Business Management Policy and Equal Opportunity Policy. Trojan has zero tolerance for any loopholes in its Occupational Health and Safety management system. We are striving our level best to keep our safety incidents and near misses to zero. To do so, Trojan ensures training of its employees, safety induction, and preparation of method statement, task risk assessment and HIRA, incident reporting system for all its projects. Moreover, Tool Box talks and Pre-Task Briefings are conducted by site supervisors on daily basis before the start of any activity.
